After we connect, you’ll complete my simple Website Questionnaire and share media like photos, videos, headshots, resumes, etc. in the drive I share with you.
You’ll have a chance to ask questions, and I’ll make sure I’m on the same page with your goals.
I’ll build your site!
I’ll share the site with you. Then I’ll make any requested changes.
We’ll have a final virtual meeting where we’ll launch the site and square away final payments. This is also when I’ll teach you how to make basic updates.
I provide complementary support for six months after your site’s launch!
My Journey into Websites
My first website ever was a rebuild for Jump with Jill, the world’s only rock & roll nutrition show, where I worked as a Touring Cast Member and then the Media Development Specialist. After a lot of research, we decided that Squarespace would be the simplest and most polished looking site for our needs. It was slow going, but I started to really enjoy puzzle piecing everything I knew about the brand into a visually appealing and user-friendly site.
After finishing that site, I thought, why not use my new skills to make myself an online portfolio? Immediately, I discovered it to be a huge convenience - my performer “marketing” materials were suddenly (not suddenly; it took a lot of time) in one place, and it was styled to fit my personality! Cool! Pretty soon, I had friends asking for websites of their own. It is a joy to craft virtual homes for awesome people!
Why might I be a good fit to build your site?
As a working actor myself, I know first hand how helpful it can be to have all your STUFF online in one place. I’ll make sure your website has all the necessities while aligning it with your vibes.
You could certainly build your own Squarespace website! However, I can save you the headache of learning the platform from scratch. It’s more fun that way!
I’ll walk you through basic edits so that you can update the site yourself as your body of work continues to grow.
